1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Calo., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Calo. is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that uses computer vision, biometric data, and artificial intelligence to help users track their nutrition and health goals.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important. Calo. is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The nutritional information, calorie estimates, and health recommendations provided by Calo. are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. AI-generated nutrition estimates may not be 100% accurate.

4. Subscription and Payments

Calo. offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

5. Free Trial

Premium subscriptions may include a free trial period. You will be charged the subscription price after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use Calo. for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the application.

7. AI-Generated Content

Calo. uses artificial intelligence to generate food identification results, nutrition estimates, meal suggestions, and coaching advice. These results are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Health Data

By connecting Apple HealthKit or third-party devices (Garmin, Whoop), you authorize Calo. to read health data for the purpose of personalizing your nutrition recommendations. This data is processed locally on your device.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Calo. are owned by Mini Labs and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mini Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Calo.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Calo. for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
